ZuluWorks AI provides Zola — an AI receptionist for home-services businesses. This includes AI voice answering, missed-call text-back, and web chat, plus an initial AI assessment. Specific deliverables, minutes, and message allowances are defined in individual service agreements and the plan you select.
Zola is billed monthly per the plan you select. A one-time setup fee applies. You may cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Usage beyond your plan's included voice minutes or text messages is billed as overage at the rates shown in your agreement.
If we cannot identify at least five hours per week of recoverable time during your AI assessment, the assessment fee is refunded in full.
All software, prompts, configurations, reports, and materials delivered by ZuluWorks AI remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes.
ZuluWorks AI provides AI answering and automation services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, call volumes, or revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Where call recording is enabled, Zola announces recording at the start of every call in accordance with applicable law, including Florida's all-party consent requirements. You are responsible for using the service in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
