ZuluWorks AI provides Zola — an AI receptionist that answers calls, texts back missed calls, and books jobs for home-services businesses (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and similar trades). Our website is zuluworksai.com.

2. What We Collect

When you fill in a form on our site — such as booking an AI assessment — we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your trade and company name (if provided)
• The city or area you serve, and your approximate team size
• Details you volunteer about the calls you miss
• Your consent to be contacted

We do not collect payment card information on this website. If you become a client, billing is handled separately through a third-party payment processor.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Schedule and deliver the assessment or information you requested
• Contact you about Zola and related ZuluWorks AI services (only if you consented)
• Improve our services and website

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers and R2 object storage) with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain lead information for 24 months unless you request deletion earlier.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Unsubscribe from communications (every email includes an unsubscribe option)
